Basically, show up at Camp Evergreen at 9am and we will be up there until 8pm. Eat breakfast before you leave and they will provide lunch and dinner.

If looks like we will be working on a few different crews throughout the morning and afternoon.

Please bring/wear:
* work gloves;
* something with long sleeves;
* quality, close-toed shoes (like, hiking shoes rather than loafers);
* long pants;
* water bottles;
* bug spray; and
* sun screen.
* crowbars and/or sledgehammers (for destruction!)

We will do a bunch of games and stuff in the afternoon / evening so you can also bring a change of clothes for after the work is done. I have told the camp to expect 30 – 40 people so please let me know if you are / are not coming so they can be prepared for food.

Here are directions to get to camp:
Camp Evergreen is located 14 kilometres south of Sundre, Alberta.

From Highway 22 (north or south) find Bergen Road.
Turn west and travel 8 kilometres.
At the Bergen Cemetery corner, turn south and travel 3 kilometres on the gravel road.
Please watch for signs.

The Amazing Race is this Saturday from 12 – 6pm! We are going to meet at the church @ 12 and leave by 12:30 to start the race. Invite your friends to make the most awesome team ever. Make sure you bring your transit pass or money to buy a day pass:

You might also want to bring some money to grab food along the way. We will have snacks at the church when the race is over. Bring a camera to take pictures as a team. We will show the pictures after the race.

It is raining today and is supposed to rain on Saturday, but we will just keep an eye on the weather and make the call on Saturday. Bring a raincoat just in case.
